Late 19th Century Persian Sultanabad in immaculate condition for its age. The rug is very large and the colors are still vibrant. Woven In Iran (Persian) in the Late 1880’s with local wools. This is a great example of important collectible woven work of art. This rug is truly a rare one-of-a-kind piece with the most unusual balance of jewel-tone colors on a soft-colored background. Itvis the original size and was never reduced or cut.
