Ashly Fine Rugs presents a 1900 Antique Indian Agra 11.9×14.4 Brown, Ivory, Yellow, & Light Purple Handmade Area Rug. Indian Agra rugs are very similar to Persian rugs, but vary as they have more earthy colors and smaller patterns than your normal Persian rug. Made with all vegetable-dyed, handspun wool and entirely handwoven. This rug was woven in India sometime between the years 1900-1910 and is in immaculate condition with roughly a 1/2″ pile and very vibrant colors despite its age. This piece has a brown background, along with its design, border, and details all consisting of ivory, tan, light yellow, and a very light purple. Nonetheless, this piece is great for a living room, dining room, bedroom, or wherever its antique elegance is desired.
