Persian Tabriz Emad circa 1930-40, handwoven in Iran at the Emad workshop in Tabriz, one of the most sought-after carpets and well known workshops. They were known to make rugs with this particular light blue and salmon border. All handspun wools and vegetable dyes. Rugs of this time period are better known as the Pahlavi Dynasty rugs, they were woven during Reza Shah Of Iran Regin. This rug is in excellent condition with a plush pile. The knot count is 50-Raj or 225 knots per square inch.
