Ashly Fine Rugs presents a 1970s Vintage Egyptian Sultanabad 13’x21’2″ Ivory, Navy, and Orange Oversized Area Rug. Sultanabads are perhaps the most desired rugs by both connoisseurs and interior designers. Made with all vegetable-dyed, handspun wool and entirely handwoven. This rug is in immaculate condition with roughly a 1/4in pile and very vibrant colors despite its age. This rug was woven in Egypt sometime between 1970-1980 with local Egyptian wools. This piece has a blue-colored background with the design, border, and details all consisting of ivory, orange, and green. Nonetheless, this piece would go great in a living room, dining room, great room, or wherever its elegance is desired.
