Tabriz is a northern city in modern-day Iran and has forever been famous for the fineness and craftsmanship of its handmade rugs. This piece has a very unique black-colored background with light peach, blue, and ivory medallion design along with the details and border consisting of a very light grey, peach, blue, yellow, pink, and more. Made with all vegetable-dyed, handspun wool & silk and entirely handwoven. Despite its age, this Persian Tabriz is in very good condition with a healthy pile and no repairs or wear spots. Nonetheless, this piece is great for an entryway, bedroom, hanging as wall art, or wherever its vintage elegance and style are desired.
