Transitional

Transitional rugs are those of which have been designed with elements of traditional rugs but the simplicity of modern rugs. Some of these have one flower of a traditional rug copied and repeated throughout. Some will just have an element of the traditional rug enlarged to cover the whole rug like a medallion enlarged to cover the whole rug.
