2. Products and Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Each rug is unique — actual colors may vary slightly from photos.

3. Return Policy

Refunds: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Rug must be in original condition, unused, with original packaging.

Exchanges: Exchange requests accepted within 14 days of purchase date. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Non-returnable: Custom orders and sale items are final sale.

4. Shipping

We ship within the continental United States. Shipping times vary — typically 5-10 business days. Large rugs (12×18 and above) require freight shipping.

5. Cleaning and Restoration Services

Service pricing is provided upon inspection. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage discovered during cleaning.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ashly Fine Rugs’ liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
